Yes, finally I'm talking about my postpartum depression.I have gone through this phase of my life.Postpartum depression made me see a doctor and this was the worst part of my life. Doctor recommend my that i will need an environmental change but level of my depression was so high that i used to not listen to anybody made me so stubborn.Didn't wanted leave my child and go out to chill or relax. My thoughts were so bad that I always used to think negative only everyone made me understand but my anxiety made me weak. Then the only option left was to take depression tablets Which was recommended by my doctor. I did lots of research on Google about these tablets which made me realised that I should take time to relax instead of taking tablets which might have side effects in future why cant built my willpower and be strong to come out it.An the only thing i asked from everyone was time and did not consume even a single tablet. It took me a month to come out of it but it is only because of my willpower. Postpartum depression is only term for ourself.Depression can be cure when you have strong willpower and some confidence that yes we can come out of it.🙏 #bbcreatorsclub#postpatrum#postpartumdepression#momslife#strongwoman#mjparenting
