Potato chilla.. As we all know most of the kids love potato i am sharing one easy and quick recipe , in order to give junk try to give kids a healthy food....so here is the recipe..
1. First peel and grate three potatoes. 2. Soak grated potatoes for 5 min so that starch of potato is seperated. 3. Now strain the grated potatoes and squeeze well, else u will end up adding more n more flour in it.. 4.Add 2 tbsp cornflour , 2 tbsp besanflour add more if potato contain more moisture. 5. Also add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp green onion and 1/2 tsp salt u can add oregano too if u like.. 6.Mix well and take a table spoon of better on hot non stick pan and make pancake of any shape if wanna make it more attractive.. I hope ur kids and evry1 @ home will like it , my daughter dnt like potatoes but she liked these pancakes alot...
