Ingredients :
1. Long grain rice - 2 tbsp washed /soaked /drained
2. Potato - 50 gms peeled /diced
3. Water - As required
4. Turmeric - a pinch
Preparation :
1. Take pressure cooker with water as required.
2. Add the rice and potato to cook for 3-4 whistles.
3. Once cooked , mash the potato and rice
4. Mix till you get a smooth consistency
5. You can add breastmilk if you add
6. Serve lukewarm in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
