always don't wear new clothes to baby.. skin may be allergic when v use new dresses..nd v shud use after a wash..

possible due to heat...my baby had similar boils on face when she was 2-3 months..doc prescribed calapure lotion..better ask doc once before u use anything...

some fabric or elastic marks are there.. let the region be free.. and skin friendly fabrics are better.

looks like allergy.. some allergic reactions or infection. Better not to itch at all and visit doctor immediately.
