Practice of breathing exercises during pregnancy helps you to use the same during labor. Breathing during labor not only provides oxygen to your body but also to the baby. Incidence of fetal distress is reduced. It is important that you practice your labor breathing exercises every day from week 28 onwards five to seven times a day as this will ensure that you are able to effectively use them during labor contractions.
