Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Pre Natal yoga can be started after the first trimester or once you Gynac gives the go ahead. Regular practice of yoga during pregnancy eases pregnancy related body cramping, opening up of the pelvic region for easy delivery and strengthening of the core and back muscles for possible normal delivery.

Practise yoga under a trained home teacher or at a reputed prenatal group class. Avoid self help online videos or books, unless you are an experienced practitioner from before...
