Where is it in Delhi and the cost of water birthing?

It is safe if and cause less labour pain compared to the normal labour that happens in the presence of gravity water birthing is less common in India because people do not opt for it water birthing is available in Delhi Mumbai and Chennai as far as I have known so it is not available in every hospital

Please give some insight for water birthing as in India very less people go for it.. Needs its pros and cons.. Also need to know which hospital is best in water birthing
