This is due to hormonal changes and very normal. Eat small meals, eat light foods, try and have some dry toast or small flakes of ginger when you feel uncomfortable. This feeling generally will reduce between week 12-16

It is normal in few pregnancies that you get vomiting sensation even for the food you like. it is important that you don't get dehydrated. best thing is to eat 1-2 biscuits as soon as you get up from bed. also, try to.have coconut water in the morning. this will reduce vomiting sensation. try to have small snacks in every 1-2 hours rather than having full.stomach in a go.

Jis bhi khaanay se Vomiting feel ho, don't eat that..
Jo khaanay YA peenay ka Mann karay, wohi khaaw..
use Lemon water added with sugar and salt (shikanji ka Paani)..
u vl feel better..
