Pregnancy is the best and most memorable experience that I had and everyone will have. Here I am sharing my experiences with you mommies. Definitely during this phase everyone will have happy moments as well as some moments which are with pain , nausea , discomfort and many more.
Here I will just share my diet as well as other stuff to be taken care of during my pregnancy days.
🤰Every morning starts with a cup of milk and added some milk powder for healthy growth of baby. After that I do walking for some time.
🤰 Breakfast will normal as per our region like roti, chapathi, dosa, idli, upma, poori, uggani andvsome curries along with them. Also have one egg dialy at any time.
Coconut water is very best to drink if you are suffering with morning sickness. I was facing a lot. My problem was even after breakfast I used to feel sick then I used to drink coconut water and I will feel relax. It is also best to reduce heart burn and constipation.
🤰 Then during 11 am I was having a fruit preferably apple. An apple a day keeps doctor away. Fruits are very important for our health. Also I take other fruits too.
🤰 Then some Chikki ground nut with jaggery sweet , sesame seeds sweet or badam barfi or anything that would be nutritious.
🤰 During lunch a normal routine of Andhra that is rice, dal , veg curry, veg fry, rasam and curd and nonveg during sometimes. Make sure to eat all kinds of vegetables and green leafy vegetables. They are rich in iron and calcium. Also add dialy a vegetable to your diet. That should be compulsory. Green leafy vegetables are rich in iron, calcium , vitamins A, C,K and fibres.
I like fish a lot. That is very good for eyes. It's rich in vitamin A.
🤰 During pregnancy many may face a problem in bowel movements. So please drink plenty of water and rich sources of fibre to your diet. I have faced that problem and I am out of it just because of food items I have taken.
🤰At 3pm I used to take another fruit like watermelon grapes pomegranate and any seasonal fruits. And after sometime again a glass of freshly made fruit juice Or coconut water.
Again milk in the evening and some walking. Also take some boiled peas chick peas or snacks. Craving for junk food. Better to prepare at home. I have stopped outside foods.
🤰Dinner will be as the same for lunch items. But be sure to take early so that it gets digested early. By the time you sleep you can be free. Before sleeping have a banana. That's good for digestion. You can take Ajwain for digestion also.
🤰 Being healthy is important but along with it keep your mind and soul so calm and peaceful that's very important for baby. Play some music your baby will be hearing the music and feels so happy. You can also be talking to your baby. During my pregnancy I have listened from a grand mother saying these things. Listen to famous good sayings and good words or pravachanas for the wellness and for giving good culture to your baby. Babies feel so happy and learn everything from the womb itself. They give kicks at times to give a sign and enjoy the kicks.
Some imp points:
• Better to avoid junk foods. • Don't take outside foods. • Better to avoid spicy foods. • Drink plenty of water. • Have healthy food and diet. • Be happy and joyful. • Enjoy your pregnancy thoroughly. • Try to eat all that you crave for.
