Hey might be due to hormonal changes in the body. .I did not get pimples though but moles became more prominent ..so kuch kuch changes to hote hain ..<br>
Try to keep the pores clean by using goid cleanser or Haldi n besan ....wash face regularly if u have oily skin ...make sure to remove make up before sleeping ..look fresh stay healthy ..tc !!

Acne during pregnancy is normal and temporary. It will go away once hormones get to normal.<br>
