Start the day light.
* Drink a glass or two of warm water when you wake up.

*Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
* Include a lot of juices and whole fruits.
*Eat light and split your meals .
* Reduce caffeine intake.
* Take a lot of iron and calcium rich food .
* Don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins and tablets prescribed by your gynecologist.
