Dont go by home remedies alone. pls consult doctor as fluctuations of no in pregnancy are serious. in the meanwhile eat food with low salt or no salt. especially thinks like salad sprinkled with salt and masala, namkeen, fruits with salt etc should be totally avoided.

check your body regularly, if you are doing home monitoring then use a reliable bp machine and follow the instructions correctly.<br> follow standard rule of no achars, papad, chutney, salt on salads, any churan, imli laddu etc.<br> go for walks 20 mins in mrng, preferably walk on moist grass without slippers or shoes and then go for evening walks too.<br> do not take any type of stress, if something is bothering you either resolve it or ignore Don't let anything affect you.

Don't take stress,&#160; lite exercise or morning walk would help,&#160; listen to favorite songs,&#160; avoid Salty food or have them in moderation. Enjoy this phase everything&nbsp; will be alright.
