Ingredients
Pudina [mint leaves] – 1 cup
Toor dal – 1 tbsp
Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
Urad dal – ½ tbsp
Dry red chilli – 3
Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
Coconut – 2 tbsp [grated]
Tamarind – ½ inch
Onion – 1 [sliced]
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
Preparation:
Heat pan with oil put toor dal, Bengal gram and urad dal roast till golden brown.
Next roast cumin and coriander seeds. Then roast onion, coconut, garlic, red chilli and tamarind.
Finally roast pudina till soft. Cool it and put it in mixer jar coarsely grind all ingredients.
Sprinkle gingelly oil and serve with rice.
