Pumpkin Masala

Good combo with curd rice, South Indian rasam. Perfect healthy evening snacks. Try this out
Cooking time - 15mins

Ingredients

1. Pumpkin - peel the skin and make to cubes

2. Onion (Big/Small) - sliced

3. Mustard seeds - few

4. Oil - 2 small spoons

5. Red chillies - as per taste

6. Red chilli powder - as per taste

7. Salt - as per taste

8. Jaggery - ~2 spoon as per taste

9. Curry leaves

Preparation

1. 2 spoon of oil in the tawa. Allow mustard seeds to splutter

2. Add sliced onions, red chillies, curry leaves.

3. Stir, let it cook well

4. Add cubed pumpkin to it.

5. As per taste add Red chilli powder, salt and jaggery.

6. Stir well and sprinkle little water to it. And cover with lid.

7. Cook well on the medium flame. Stir for every 2 minutes.

8. Sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Yummy sabzi is ready!
