Hey, it depends on the situation, as we all are different from each other and so our roles are different too. But one thing is sure that father's role is very very important. We give credits to mothers all the time but its the support of father which makes a family happy family.

Both mom and dad's responsibilities are equally important and irreplaceable, but definitely I don't think dad can take better than mom, because only mom knows what's needed for him/her.

Once someone falls in water they learn how to swim but we mothers are so possessive we don't push dad's into that water

Now days dad's are doing awesome job, they do share responsibilities like doing household chores, feeding a baby and etc... My hubby gives his best but he  says it's tough job to look after a baby.... I think it differs from person to person...

they participate and perform there duties well..I think mother and fathers role is equal in there respective manners ,...but what mother feels for child , care in sphere is unmatchable. mothers are angels of God ..
