When I had my baby I had thought I would wean her off the breast completely by the time she turned one year. I was wrong! I exclusively breastfed her till she was 6 months old and only then started her on weaning foods. That's right, she had her first sip of water after completing 6 months which my elder sister found really strange :)

My sister and sister inlaw, both older than me, were both working moms (I took a career break for 2 years) so our situations and perspectives were different. I finally weaned my childoo completely off breast when she was 22.5 months old. Phew! How that finally happened, is a different story for another day :)

So my question to all of you is, at what age were you able to completely wean off your baby from breastfeed? I wanna understand the trend moms are following today! I also want to know your stories; but we can save that for another day...
