QUICK TIPS for KIDS



💁 For DRY SKIN Apply olive oil to the baby's skin before sleeping at night. By morning skin will become soft smooth and healthy with moisture.


💁 For DIGESTION or colic pain: Give a spoon of ajwain after having food.


💁 For HEALTHY HAIR: Always use a seperate comb for kids. And wash it regularly.


💁For cold and cough: Mix a pinch of turmeric powder in the warm milk and drink.


💁Also take tulsi leaves, wash them and crush them. Now extract the juice by squeezing them with bare hands and have it as first thing in the morning with empty stomach. It relieves from cold and cough and works well.


💁For sleeping routine: Give a cup of warm milk before bed. And set a particular timing for sleeping routine.


💁In cool season: Give luke warm water so that they can be away from cold. Will not be easily affected.


💁 Going out Take water bottle for your kid compulsorily.


💁 FUSSY EATING Allow them to have self eating. If kids eat with their own hands, they like it to eat. A change in behaviour can be seen.

These are some of the tips that i am following.
