#QuickRecipes I know most of you being preggy moms or new moms or toddler moms.. we will be searching for quick easy recipes. Rather than oats or maggi. You can either keep ready "Masala rava mix" or " MTR rava idli mix". From this you can prepare Rava idli, rava upma, Rava dosa, Rava paddu( appam) or Rava pakoda. Homemade Rava Mix :-
Oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, rava, ginger, green chillies, chana dal and urad dal. Heat oil in kadai and add mustard seeds, add chana dal and urad dal. Fry for a while and theb add green chillies, finely chopped ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves. Finally add rava to it. Fry till it changes its color slightly and can smell its aroma. Add salt. Let it cool and store in air tight jar. When required you cab prepare variety of snacks. *Rava Idli :- 1 cup ready mix + 1 and half cup curd. Mix. Allow to rest; for 5-10 mins. You can add little baking soda or eno salt, a pinch( optional). Mix well and pour in idli mould and prepare idli within minutes. * Rava paddu :- Same as above. Add some chopped onions and bake on paddu mould. * Rava Dosa :- Add 1 cup ready mix + half; cup maida + 1 cup rice flour. Mix with water.; And prepare dosa on non stick tawa. * Rava pakoda :- Add 1 to 2 cups onions + half cup rava mix + half cup besan. Mix well and deep fry . * Rava upma :- Boil 2 cups of water and to this add 1 cup of ready mix with constant stirring. Allow couple of minutes to simmer in low flame. Roopa, my sis was also down with fever cold etc, she landed in swine flu thoughts 😁 it was just a common viral.. but climate there is bit worse, difficult to cope up with weak immunity.. Wow, manjishta learning kannada, thats great to hear- kannadada kandamma 😀, suditi speaks kannada well than hindi, i am bit proud about that 😂.. dont forget to update about annual day.. love to see her in princess mode 😁

Next month her annual day...so teachers are requesting; me to send her daily. Now slowly teaching kannada. As govt made compulsory from 1st class onwards.
