RAGI & SUJI HANDVO
30 minutes preparation time.
Ingredients:-
2 cup suji.

2 cup ragi.

1 and a half cup Dahi (curd).

Salt to taste.

Turmeric for colour.

Small Mustard Seeds.

Curry Leaves.

Water.

Eno 1 packet.

For Garnishing :-
Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumbers finely chopped.

Tomato sauce and pudina chutney.
Method:
- Take a bowl. Add everything in ragi, suji, dahi salt, turmeric and water to make a idli type batter.

- Remember batter should not be too thick and it should not be in a liquid form either.
- Now keep aside for 10 minutes.

- After 10 minutes take a pan and add Oil or ghee your choice approx 3-4 spoon. Don't use mustard oil.

- Add 1 packet of Eno.

- Now add curry leaves and mustard seeds in oil and pour the batter for this keep in mind that it should not be more than 1/2 of your pan limit. Keep aside the remaining batter for the next round.
- Now cover it with a plate for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check if it is golden brown. If yes then flip it With the help of spatula and again cover it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes remove your pan from gas and switch the flame off.

-Take a plate and flip the handvo on it.

- For garnishing use chuttney and sauce with lots of tomatoes, onion and cucumber salad on top.

- Cut it in pieces and Serve it hot.
