1. Rajma - 1/2 cup boiled
2. Tomato - 1 chopped
3. Potato - 1 boiled and mashed
4. Rice - 2 tbsp boiled
5. Water - As required
Preparation :
1.Take the boiled rajma and the tomato with water.
2. Prepare gravy in seperate pan.
3. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the potato and and add water to get the required consistency
5. Take the boiled rice and mix with the cooked rajma.
6. Blend it using a blender and avoid lumps.
7. Serve lukewarm in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
