It looks like sweat rash which usually appears in creases. My lo had got this as well,i am cleaning it with luke warm water and applying coconut oil after air drying. If it doesnt cure,go to doc plz.;

Hey looks like a rash due to sweat or fungal infections..please keep the area dry ...visit your doctor for medication..TC.
