Rava Chilla . * rava / sooji - 1 cup * curd / yogurt - ½ cup * Salt - ½ tsp * Water - 1 cup * onion finely chopped- 2tsp * tomato finely chopped- 2 tsp * 1 green chilli finely chopped * ginger- ½ tsp finely chopped * coriander leaves finely chopped-2tsp * oil for roasting . Instructions
* Take a wide bowl and mix curd, rava, salt & water. Whisk well without any lumps. Now keep the batter aside rest for 20 minutes to make the rava double. * Now add tomato, onion, chilli, ginger & coriander leaves. Mix well. * Now pour a ladle of batter on the pan and pour oil around. Cover and cook on both sides till you see golden brown. serve hot with coconut chutney. .
