Read so many articles online for natural ways to try and induce labour, looking for fellow moms who have tried natural ways of inducing labour to share their real experiences. What did you do? How much?since when? How frequently?
Please help.

I have had two normal deliveries and can say that breathing helps..meditate regularly..do not panic in the labour too..you are going to have your baby soon jus focus on the push

I did pranayam regularly from second trimester which helped me a lot during contractions. Along with this did butterfly and squats in 8th month and duck walk in 9th. But to be true nothing of this helped me induce pain naturally. Ultimately had to be induced at the start of 40th week.

Hey nilofer...i tried few aftr readin stuffs o9..i ate 5 to 6 dates..from 36th week...also started brisk walkin..whn i wud get pain i wud sit for 2mins den walk again...38th week i did duck walk ...buttrfly i did from 2nd trimestr..<br> All d best..keep faith in allah..&#9786;&#65039;
