Dear Chhavi. Adenoid is sinus type. Do not give ur child cold items such as icecreams, curd etc. Cold items aggravate it. As they age it tends to disappear say after 12 yrs. You can get into homeopathy which really helps in this case.

My son is having adenoids from mild to moderate...he is almost 4 yrs..is there a way to get rid of it without surgery ?
