It's one of the my baby's favorite dish for breakfast or evening snack. It's easy to prepare and also very healthy. Can be served to baby of 1.5 year to elder n yes I too love it😀 Ingredients Required :-
Banana
Maida
Little salt
Sugar (optional)
Eggs
Pintch of baking soda
Milk
Procedure :-
1) take a bowl and take one cup of Maida, mix a half teaspoon salt, a pinch of baking soda and keep aside.
2) In other bowl take one egg, mix one cup of milk and little sugar (can add little honey too instead of sugar) & mix well. Smash one banana and mix it with the batter.
3) Add the milk egg mix to the Maida and stir well upto a smooth batter with no lump. Do not make it too thin, it should be like a dosa batter consistency.
4) take a fry pan on gas n add little oil, pour little batter and spread in round shape. You can put four at a time. Keep the flame slow throughout the cooking. Turn the sides when one side get brown. It's ready to serve. My little girl don't like to eat banana separately and egg too so this is the best recipe you all can try. u can use wheat flour I also never use refind flour... Or half refind flour half wheat flour <font color ="#3b5998"><b><u> @6372be89649d83001690490b </u></b></font>
