Recently I have experienced a major changed in Veer's appetite. Obviously, as a mother it's a big matter of concern, especially when your child use to eat all meals + snacks properly. It has gone to like a food strike and all liquid and milk meal secnerio. ( it's given me sleepless nights even) Every mom has been through this at one or more times! My doctor told me if your child appears generally healthy and happy, there is probably no reason to be concerned about a temporary slump in appetite.;A;growth spurt or;teething;will cause them to not want to eat. These are few tips I have followed and they are working out gradually.
1⃣Offer what they usually love;as well as fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks
2⃣make a smoothie for them out of yogurt and other healthy food (this works for me some of the time).
3⃣Serve small portion.
4⃣try to make meal nutritionally dense
5⃣ encourage your child to be active
6⃣offer soft texture or semi liquid food (teething)
7⃣try to eat together 👉Finally, don’t panic and get stressed. Try out different things and food and have patience.
For more persistent loss of appetite, or if you're concerned about your child’s growth and development over a longer period of time;it’s important to speak to your Doctor.
