Recently one of my friend had a normal delivery.. she's too healthy n overweight.. when I asked her she said she ate papaya continuously for last one week before her delivery.. and she walked very fast to have normal child birth.. I just wanted to know can I also do the same when I'll reach my time?????

Sqauts and walk help in getting the body ready for normal delivery.. but it depends on situation of cervix and position of baby. Don't think much about it . Just keep yourself <u>active</u>

Do squats in last month..half and full..I was doing jadu pochha too..best for normal delivery..

It's all depends at the time of pregnancy, what is the situation of cervix.<br> Doctor might advice you well.<br> But yes walking is really good and also squats. Papaya No idea.
