Recently one of my friend had a normal delivery.. she's too healthy n overweight.. when I asked her she said she ate papaya continuously for last one week before her delivery.. and she walked very fast to have normal child birth.. I just wanted to know can I also do the same when I'll reach my time?????

Do what ur body allows...be active...really it depends on the situation of cervix and baby's <u>position</u>

Sqauts and walk help in getting the body ready for normal delivery.. but it depends on situation of cervix and position of baby. Don't think much about it . Just keep yourself <u>active</u>

Do squats in last month..half and full..I was doing jadu pochha too..best for normal delivery..

It's all depends at the time of pregnancy, what is the situation of cervix.<br>
Doctor might advice you well.<br>
But yes walking is really good and also squats.
Papaya No idea.
