1) Cut chicken breast into 4cm bite -sized pieces.
2) Take a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
3) Place cornflakes in a large ziplock bag.
4) Dip each chicken piece in the egg and milk, then into ziplock bag which contain cornflakes crumbs.
5) Seal and shake well. Take out crumbled chicken pieces onto a plate.
6) Take a non - stick frying pan and fry nuggets in low - medium heat, until they becomes golden on all the sides.
7) Serve immediately with wedge of lemon.
