Doodh(milk) ki sabzi.Some will strange on reading but believe me it is quite interesting n delicious sabzi.

Ingredients

🍼2 glasses of milk

🍼2 finely chopped onions

🍼2 finely chopped green chillies

🍼some refined oil

🍼salt

🍼red chilli powder

🍼black pepper
Procedure

Take a kadhai n pour some refined oil.Now add onion n green chillies.Saute them till golden brown.Now add salt n red chilli powder.Now add milk.Bring milk to boil n then keep the flame low.When a thick layer appear on the top then stir it.Again keep the high n continue to stir it.When the milk becomes thick as we do in other rase wali sabzi then doodh ki sabzi is ready.It is very tasty.When sabzi is ready no one believe that it is made of milk.Serve it with simple chapatti or parantha.
Note...No need to add tomatoes bcoz milk will be spoiled
