Recipe of Instant Sevkhamni
1 cup besan

1/2 cup curd

Add salt, sugar, limbu na ful,

Paste of green chilli and ginger

Add 1/2 cup water . Add some more water if needed. Its consistency should be like a thick shake.

Mix it all. Add 1/2 tsp soda and mix thoroughly.

Grease your pan and then add batter in it. Put it in a vessel of boiling water and close the lid. Check with knife by poking at the corner and centre after 7-8 minutes. Cook it at medium flame.
Let it cool. Once its cool, use medium charni to make fine khamni out of khaman.
For tadka,,
Hing, Rai, green chilli, garlic, add 1/4cup water to it and add salt and sugar to taste if you feel that your khaman's taste is mild. Mix this tadka with khamni..
U can add cashew and grapes in sevkhamni.
Serve it with fine sev, dhaniya and pomegranate on top.
