🌱 mint leaves (a bunch)
Tamarind pulp(one katori)
Sugar(3 to 4 spoons)
Salt(one spoon)
Red chilli(a pinch)
Black pepper(half spoon)
Kala namak(one spoon)
Roasted jeera(one spoon)
Lemons(2 lemons)
Boondi
Crushed ice First of all separate the mint leaves from bunch n wash it properly.Then beat the leaves in a mixer.A thick paste will be made.Now by adding some water in that paste,strain out the water with the help of strainer.Now dissolve sugar in that water.Add tamarind pulp,salt,red chilli,black pepper,kala namak,roasted jeera n squeeze out the lemon juice n add in to it.Now add crushed ice in it.Garnish the jaljeera with boondi.It will give u sweet n sour tangy.The whole recepie is for jug.Just try it.Very simple n yummy😋😋
