Rice Apple Banana Porridge

INGREDIENTS
Homemade Rice Cereal or rice* - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Apple - 1 small diced
Banana - 1 small diced
* If using rice dry roast, powder, and use

Preparation :
Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring it to a boil and add 2 tbsp of rice cereal powder.
Mix well with a whisk. Make sure that no lumps are formed.
Cook the rice powder in low flame for 5 to 8 minutes
Once the rice powder is cooked to a sauce consistency, add apple cubes. Give a quick stir.
Cook it further for 3-5 minutes and mix well. Switch off the flame once done.
Let the porridge cool down and transfer to a blender. Then add banana slices.
Grind it to a smooth puree. Transfer to a serving bowl and feed your baby.

Disclaimer: If feeding to baby under 12 months, do not add sugar or honey. You may use date puree for sweetening.

For babies, above 12 months, we recommend do not add white sugar, you may use honey, jaggery or date puree for sweetening.
