"Rice flour Roti

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 4 tbsp
Grated coconut - 1 1/2 cups
Coriander chopped - 1 spoon
Onions - chopped - 1 spoon
Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
Carrot or Beans (chopped) - 1 spoon
oil - required quantity
Salt - required quantity

Procedure:
Combine cooking oil, coconut flakes, chopped onions, cumin, salt and one of the above mentioned vegetables with sausage flour.
Make it into small pellets, roll them on top of the dosa stone and bake it with oil.
When baking, put small holes in the middle of the roti. This will help the roti to cook better. Perfect dish for morning breakfast.
