At about 14months, my daughter got very much interested/attracted on cycles. She would want to sit on her elder friends' cycles and I need to stroll the cycle. She was super excited when on cycles 😀
This made me to prepone my initial plan of buying a cycle. I was anzalying and started my research on it.
I looked for these key points
1. Tricycle
2. Attractive color
3. Light weight
4. Cheap and best
I found one and bought it on her 15th month. In the starting days, she used to just sit on the cycle and move around with the help of her toe against the floor. Made her learn how to horn (introducing fancy sound horn may induce the interest even more). She will try to pedal if cycle doesn't move she use to cry. Her try outs continued with half pedals and back pedals. By her 17th month she got more comfortable on the turns and would pedal completely without any of our support. She absolutely enjoys riding her cycle.
🙂Tricycle(for beginners) is the right buy that gives you full support and confident for the baby to move it ☺️ Attractive colors helps to enhance the interest in them 😄Light weight helps to move forward easily. Our little ones can comfortably pedal it 😬 Cheap and best! Kids will eventually grow out and their interest goes to something else. So no need to invest a huge amount.
I used to check with my fellow mommies. Few of them bought the full steel body cycle which is very difficult to move for tiny toes. So choose the light weight attractive tricycle. Train them to ride and increase the confidence level. Now, she ride steel body bicycle with balancing wheels.
Sameway I bought a scooter for my baby. The features and key points of it will be shared on my next post.
I'm very much proud I trained her at an early age.
