Each one has their own kinda if good fats and anti oxidants and so one should definitely have them but in moderation..better to soak and peel and have during early Pregnancy but for second and third trimester adding them to your milk or other foods like daliya, sheera <u>etc</u> can be done

Dry fruits are good for nutrition. U can have mix of almond, cashew, pista, raisin, akhrot
