Ingredients :
1. Sabudana - 1 cup washed / soaked/ drained
2. Potato - 1 small sized washed and chopped
3. Water - as needed
4. Oil - 1 Tsp
5. Urad dal - ¼ Tsp
6. Chana dal - ½ Tsp
7. Hing/ Asafoetida - ⅛ tsp
Preparation :
1. Chop onions, Heat oil in a pan and add the dals .
2. Saute and add cubed potatoes, toss it well.
3. Add 2 tbsp of water and cook it covered for 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
4. Make sure the potatoes are soft enough to bite but not too mushy.
5.Then add soaked sabudana Mix well.
6. Cook everything with continuous stirring for five minutes.
7. Serve in a bowlk and feed with a baby spoon.
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
