200 g Sabudana (sago)
875 ml Milk
150 g Sugar
1 pinch of Saffron
Dry Fruits
Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak Sabudana (sago) in water for a few hours.
Add soaked sabudana (sago) in a saucepan with water. Cook until the pearls become soft. Add milk and sugar. Mix well. Add saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot.
