Morning: 1 cup milk + 1 brown bread cucumber+ tomato sandwich
Mid Morning: 1/2 bowl of Strawberries
Lunch: 1/4 cup Masoor Dal, 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 cup okra(bhindi curry) + 2 slices cucumber
Evening Snacks:1 poha cutlet+1/2 cup milk
Dinner:1 roti + 1/4 cup matar paneer

OR

Morning: Vegetable Poha(1 cup) + 1 cup milk
Mid Morning:Banana slices( 1/2 Banana)
Lunch: 1 cup vegetable Khichdi with 1/2 cup curd
Evening Snacks: Orange wedges(1/2 Bowl)
Dinner: Dal parantha + 2 slices of cucumber+ 1/2 cup Curd
