Grab as much rest as you can. Use a lot of moisturiser. Oil massage and sikai of back and legs will help u relax. Arrange maalishwali for urself and baby from now only. And you can buy a coil type room heater for sikai. And ofcourse a well balanced diet is also required.

Hi kritz...many many congratulations to u once again..please follow the above advise for better healing and good recovery..for me there was no rest till now.i was over enthusiastic and i wanted to do everything on my own for my twins..and now i am having constant headache and back ache issues..initial few days are very important and rest is only the remedy..

Dear stiches are the most important thing for which you need to take care..don't exert much for first week or ten days....see pain subsides in stiches soon.but turning and any quick action causes stretch and pain..so take care..use pillow support for resting, feeding and lying down..once bandage is removed take care of hygeine of stiches area..also have amole amount of water..warm water with ajwain..light diet..
