SEVEN- THE ASHWAMEDHA PROPHECY
A lost yrf short series.
This is a short old serial of only 26 episodes aired on sony television in the year 2010 by YRF.
It is a gripping modern superhero story of good vs evil based on hindu mythology. I found it to be very similar to the thought process behind 'shiva trilogy' by amish tripathy and the mythology novels by ashwin sanghi like 'the krishna key'. The series begins with the story of individual initiation of 7 teenagers from their innocence and confusion to their respective super powers after which they are teamed up by their mentors and explained about the purpose of their existence and appearance in the modern day urban india. They fight against a group of evils driven by one evil person to prevent the apocalypse. Its a more mature version of shaktimaan. Toddlers of 5 years age and above will be able to understand it and will also like it. Its an interesting watch for adults also. All its episodes are available on youtube.
