Eggs are a complete protein and can be consumed on a daily basis all through pregnancy and Lactation. You must limit to one egg yellow but egg whites can be multiple. This will help in maintaining cholesterol and weight.

Do eat eggs regularly. if you are concerned about weight gain/cholesterol avoid egg yolk and have only the white portion of boiled eggs. three egg whites a day is recommended for pregnancy diet
