Hello mom to be u can measure ur pregnancy by week starting from LAST MESNSTRUAL PERIOD DATE usually we count pregnancy from LMP although fertilization took place after 12c- 14 days but still we count from LMP and in a month there is a 4 week u can just calculate as like 1 month 4 week... 2 month 8 week .. 3 month 12 week.... 4 month 16 week... likewise ..
