Should I measure my pregnancy by weeks or month? Any doctors can help here

Hello mom to be u can measure ur pregnancy by week starting from LAST MESNSTRUAL PERIOD DATE usually we count pregnancy from LMP although fertilization took place after 12c- 14 days but still we count from LMP and in a month there is a 4 week u can just calculate as like 1 month 4 week... 2 month 8 week .. 3 month 12 week.... 4 month 16 week... likewise .. Hey mom to be Most pregnancies last around 40 weeks (or 38 weeks from conception), so typically the best way to estimate your due date is to count 40 weeks, or 280 days, from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). Every doctor has their own way of looking at things. Many of them follow a monthly patterns, but as the months of delivery come near it mostly counted in weeks , for keeping the way you are progressing. I hope this helps
