until and unless my child sees me doing this ..he wont learn. it is a step by step process that we follow. one thing at a time. we started with greetings first, then thank you , sorry , please. Sometimes when the kids skip to say such words, they should not be compelled to say the same. they will learn it gradually from you..that is what I feel.

we call it being courteous and I use a lot of that in my own convos with them. so I just lead by example and it became easy peasy
