since morning feeling very low as i hv no energy to stand on feet.. drunk glucose but still feeling no energy.. what should i drink or eat to boost my energy or i should tk rest?

have some fruit juice like orange juice or pomegranate juice and dal with curd.it will be helpful for u n take some salad also. n definitely with <u>rest</u>
