Please share the report do not worry about the Spanish part the numerical part will be numbers only and I need to see the numbers

I live abroad. The report is in Spanish. It might be difficult to understand. It was a doctor cum sonographer who told me, that i just have left artery in umbilical cord and that right artery is missing. But growth of baby is perfectly normally anamolly as of now. She said only way it might affect is baby weight in next trimester. So i have 2 more ultra sound suggested in 30th and 37th week. So i wanted more info on this. Kindly guide me.
