Siya at her school - Physical activity is very important for both babies and adults. Because now the kids are exposed to so many gadgets around them, it becomes all the more important to take kids out in the open and let them play, get dirty and discover the world around them. I never stop my daughter from playing in the what seems to be the dirtiest corner of the park , full of mud and dried leaves. Yes , I do keep an eye but I want her to explore herself.
