It's not good to sleep on your back instead you should sleep on your either left or right side..which ever is comfortable to you...if your tummy is showing up than again its hard to sleep well....take a pillow in between your legs & try to sleep...or take a pillow under your tummy...the pillow should be <u>soft</u>
