Slightly disappointed. While i appreciate the call-back for fixing my issue frkm yesterday's query of not getting the drop-down for my purchase but it is really disappointing because the irder that i placed yesterday got placed without the discounts and if i want to avail the discount, i need to order something more today that too before 12pm.it was a technical problem so i should either be given the option of cancelling the product or give me the discount, you can't ask me to go and shop again just because i want the discount. Not satisfied with the solution.

Hey team, while bbc remains close to my heart but i am highly hurt at the kind of call that i got. I do not seek an apology from anyone but the lady who called i don't know what she was trying to tell me. First she asked userid- where on the app does our user id get reflected, sorry to say i have never been able to see my user id ever, then she makes me feel as if i don't know anything about it and says its ok its ok you don't need to worry i will tell you your userid bla bla. Then she makes me go to the cart and check if i am able to use the coupon, i do that and i was fine with it, but now she tells me your previous order is already with the vendor with the said price so now you can make another purchase and avail your momstar discount and then she said ohk so i will close this from my side alright. Please order before 12pm to avail the discount(which was like within aroud 45mins of the call she made, she called around 11.10 or something). Its ok if i don't get the discount, just because in want the discount, she wants me to shop again. Did i seemed like a fool to her?? I am sorry but this is not called fixing the issue. Every app has the option of cancelling the order or atleast going and checking the order, on my app i am not even able to go and check my order.
