Instant Bread Medu Wada
Ingredients :-

Bread slices : 5

Rice Flour : 1/2 Cup

Sooji / Rava : 1/4 Cup

Curd : 3/4 Cup

Grated ginger : 1 teaspoon

Roasted Cumin seeds; : 1 tsp

Onion : 1 finely chopped

Coriander Leaves; : 2 tbsp

Chopped green chillies according to taste

Salt as per taste

Oil to Fry
Method :-

Crumble bread in a big bowl...

Add rice flour, sooji, curd, onion, grated ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds & salt.

Mix well to form a Dough..

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Take a small ball of dough. Gently press it between your palms to form a vada.. Make a hole in the middle.

Heat oil in a Pan. Gently release these vadas and fry 2-3 vadas at a time. Fry on both sides until it turns golden brown. Fry in medium flame.

Serve hot vadas with sauce or chutney
