So here comes the recipe. If you have been a fan of Masterchef Australia you must be knowing what am talking about.This is Harrys famous brookies made into an eggless version . Brookies are fudgy unlike cookies that are semi hard It’s a ;very sinful and chocolaty cookie with a chewy texture . I bet you can’t just stop at one and it’s an ultimate chocolaty and ;delicious treat . Best had with your cup of tea or coffee . This recipe is adapted from gayatri kumar s blog gayatriscookspot.
1. Melt butter and chopped chocolate in microwave or double boiler till it’s melted properly 2. Let the mixture cool down properly 3. Add all other ingredients and mix it properly. 4. Refrigerate for 30 mins 5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and ;take small sized balls and flatten a little and keep on baking tray 2 inches apart from eachother. At this stage u cab top it with chocochip or nuts of your choice bake for 13 to 14 ;minutes maximum. 6. Take the brookies out and let it rest on tray for 10 minutes it will look soft but dont worry it wil eventually harden. 7. Take it out on a cooling rack and rest for 15 mins 8. Store these in airtight container and keep relishing ;this for 2 weeks . However it wont last for more than 2 days if you are a Choco maniac like us.
